When I re-read my post from yesterday, I realized it sounded like ALL
of Sandi`s hospice kids had passed. Not so!!!

Dog Bone (the little heart patient) is still with us! He still toddles
around the room, explores, and hunts for treats to stash. He loves to
be scritched. He is doing well on his meds--and to look at him, one
would never know he has any health issues at all. He has a beautiful
coat, for an oldster. He is a total joy--and Each day with him is a
gift.

With ferrets, you never know. He was one of the least likely to
survive...
