PayPal and Google no longer allow fundraising??

Do they say why?

I may be wrong, but if you set up a Merchant account with PayPal for
your shelter,

They should not have any say over what business you do as long as it is
legal.

It's free to set one up.

Has anyone tried this?

You can use your social as your business ID.

Just a thought.....
