I bought a Super Pet water bottle and after a month, the cap was
cracked almost in half. I sent an email and got no response. Months
later, decided to try again. This time I called them during regular
business hours, and got their "customer service department" voicemail
box. Still no response. Is Super Pet just that bad? And do I keep
trying to call them? Do you always get their voicemail, or was this
just bad luck? When I finally get ahold of them and bitch them out
for their lack of response, will they actually do anything for me?

So far, my conclusion...The Pets may be Super, but Super Pet pet
products aren't.
