I received a PetMate pet carrier with a rescue. It was missing one of
the plastic clips that connects the top to the bottom. I emailed the
company from their Internet site to ask how I can get a replacement. I
received an email today that they will ship some to me free of charge.
That is very nice. Just wanted to pass it along.
