I knew of a breeder once whose ferrets (this was back in 1997-1998)
were between 5-7 lbs..these were huge polydactyl sable boys who were
also coming out as cryptorchids. The females were 2-3 lb burly
ill-tempered dark sables. Thank heavens this breeder stopped several
years ago.

I had 2 these boys- they were sweet but had health issues before they
were4 years old. The larger of the 2 boys had a huge brother who I did
see at a Baltimore Ferret Show under the name "Mongo"... he won the
"Ahnuld" class hands down...

I love ferrets all sizes..size doesn't matter to me:)
