wolfy has it right regarding the cleanliness of our human hospitals....
i work at a level one trauma center in a very large city..... and
when i tell people i work in a petri dish... i'm not joking! the
housekeeping here is and has been a joke! even tho the pts with C.Diff
and MRSA are in isolation, it's a bandaid joke. yes superbugs, they
crawl among us.
pretty sure anyone who works in larger hospitals for more than a year
(been at it for 30) has MRSA in the lining of their nose. i worry about
spreading this to our babies as well.shoes from work are not play toys!
clothes from work are not for making tunnels or beds out of. i just
don't know if the human C.Diff, and MRSA are transferable to our
weasels! Suki not-a-vet... where ARE you!!!
