My landlord wants to bomb our place for roaches. Lord knows, we need
it; I've been beating them back with an M-16 and grenades, but we're
having to fall back behind the skirmish line more and more these days.

He was here today, caulking, and found a bunch of roach eggs *shudder*

I've been using roach traps, boric acid in areas the ferts can't reach,
and spraying the little SOBs as I see them, but apparently it isn't
enough...of course, we've lived here 3 1/2 years without treating for
pests, so it really is high time.

Is it safe for bombs (such as Raid) to be used when you have ferrets,
as long as you air the place out properly afterward? Is one brand
better than another?

I'm especially concerned for my little guy, Indy, whose health is
gradually deteriorating. He's been a "paraplegic" for a year and a
half, has to have his bladder emptied twice a day (I'm about to start
3x/day), keeps having UTIs, and is insulinomic. His sister, Pixie,
also has insulinoma. Our third girl, Siri, seems healthy enough at
this point (God willing....)

Really need some advice.

TIA!
