I meant to post this when Zoo first recommended sugar, but I think I
forgot to.

Anyway, YES! Sugar does work at prolapses of all kinds. It's an old
fashioned treatment that we used to use on our cows when they 'threw
their calf bed'. That's the uterus and it would occasionally pop out
after a particularly hard birth. I don't know why the sugar worked but
it did, took down the swelling, maybe acted as a natural antibiotic?
Some of these old remedies are oldies but goodies!
