I have always felt that Pet stores are individuals too.......the
managers and staff set the attitude of stores even when following store
chain policy. There could be 2 Petco's in same town, one I would visit
but the other i would not. And then some small privately owned stores
had only $ at heart and I would avoid those. So meet the staff at your
local stores----staff can make a difference. .
