I think those people actually mean that THEY THEMSELVES love certain toys and the ferrets love the sound of them. If the people are just using the squeak to get ferrets out then that is fine, BUT if the people are letting the ferrets have the latex toys themselves or are letting the ferrets bite them then that invites early -- and totally preventable -- deaths.
