Jim Morgan suggested contacting a TV reporter. Good idea, but not
always successful. So go viral! These days, anyone can be a "reporter."
It can have MORE impact than a local TV station. All you need is a
webcam or a good quality phone camera. Take your video and put it on
YouTube, Facebook, etc. Post on Craigslist and your local news or
community forum to let people know what happened and where to see
the video. That store manager won't like the idea of having this
information all over the Internet, especially with local forums. THEN
you can contact the TV folks, who will see it's not just a single
disgruntled customer trying to stir up trouble. They get calls like
that all the time.
