I didn't cry for you today,
I didn't shed a tear.
Could it be that I pretend,
that you are really here?

I didn't see your little face,
I didn't hear your voice.
I have to somehow carry on,
I have no other choice.

You left me wanting to hold on,
to all your love for me.
I thought my love would keep you here,
but it was not to be.

I didn't cry for you today,
but sorrow finds me still..
I loved you then, I love you now,
and know i always will..
