It's been a dark and turbulent few weeks on the FML. I'm tired of it.
Let's have some fun again.

I submit for your entertainment the birthday present I got myself a few
weeks ago. *Yes*, it *is* permanent. It's my mid-life crisis gift. It
is now somewhat lighter than you see in this photo. Did it hurt? Not as
much as being munched by a determined weasel. Strangers keep asking
"What is *that* in your ear?"
