The effort to legalize ferrets in California continues. So far there
has been data compilation produced by a Cal State researcher, and one
survey (abstract presented, peer reviewed paper to follow) comparing
the environmental effects of dogs, cats and ferrets using surveys
returned by government agencies nationwide.

Now on YouTube there is an extremely affecting video on ferrets and
their owners - young and old. It would be nice if we could send the
video on to as many people as possible. Forward it to friends if you
are in California (anyone know Arnie's, Jerry's and Meg's email
addresses???!!!! Let's cover all eventualities!!!). Here's the link
