HI Friends-
WooHooHoo! It's ME Elric you're favorite boy at Ferret Wise with some
very SPECIAL NEWS!

What a wonderful time it is now that Spring has spring - Momma opens
the windows and the birds are a singing! Such a wonderful thing though
a few of Mom's kids I understand ( no I can't hear yet) Have sneezies
from pollen stuff. Luckily not me!

We heared form Ozzie's Hospice Dad Greg, Ozzie made the leap to Rainbow
Bridge , with the hep of Dr G. and now has his ferret wings. His big
heart is now comfortable again. For those of you who do not remember
Ozzie, he arrived at age 2 in the Spring of 2005 a bad biter who had
bitten several young children and the school reported the bites. Ozzie
needed a safe place to go. Ozzie arrived, but was still biting!!!! He
bit shelter Mom over & over and come to find out he did not seem to
bite men.. he had a gal issue, so Hospice Dad Greg bundled him up and
took him to his Ferret Funhouse where he has had a great run. He is
missed .. he was a pretty silver lad.. but we know he is not hurting
now.

Momma is still working with Barn-y but he will miss the Boston
Children's event Blossom will go with me instead!

Little JOHNNY DOE IS DOING fine IN HIS FOREVER HOME, though he is not
anywhere near little anymore.. he just keeps growing and growing but
is very happy to have a ferret brother to tumble and drag around! :)

So that is the news from this end.. there are some special items that
were donated for a Spring Raffle. Momma just needs to find time to get
them on the web site but stay tuned-- we need to raise funds for
Destiny's upcoming surgery!

Looking forward to sunny days so we can play out on the porch in the
fresh air!
