Sukie,

As a caregiver for Jim, remember to take a time out for yourself. Other
wise you will get burnt out. Been there and done it several times. Now
I just walk away when the stress to much handle, I do outside work (in
my greenhouse, yard) or working on finishing my sewing room.

Lots of ferret kisses, or just laying in my arms helps reduce the
stress level for me. Angel has learned to give kisses while in my arms.
