Most Precious Bridge Greeters,
My name is Sue. I am Boggle's mommy. I know you must have heard that
Boggle is starting to pack his bag to come to the Bridge. I don't know
when that will be, but it won't be long. (He has a mass in his lungs
and it's making it hard for him to breathe) I have a big favor to ask
of you. Boggie has not met most of his family up at the Bridge. I
thought it might be nice if they are all waiting for him when he
arrives. His brothers are, Kringle, Scooby, Chance, (He does know
Chance.) Sammy, & Storm. His Sisters are Princess, Tori, Samantha,
Oscar (yes she's a she, she knows the story, ask her about it
sometime.) Scarlett, Nikki, & Annie. He does know Annie.
Boggle is a very, very sweet silver boy with the most beautiful, big
black eyes you've ever seen. He can almost speak "human" with them. He
will be bringing. part of his purple blanket with sheep on it(he can't
bring all of it, because it's too big), his favorite gravy dish, and
some Friskie Dental Diet snacks to have on the way if he gets hungry.
They are his very favorite snack)
Dearest Bridge Greeters, I am writing to you now because when he leaves
me to come to the bridge, I don't think I could be able then to tell
you all of the wonderful things about Boggle, my heart will be too
broken. I don't think it will be able to be put back together because
he's taking a big piece with him when he comes to you. If you have a
way to fix it, please tell me.
Remind Boggle that I gave him the best life I could possibly give him
in the short time he lived with me, (only over a year . He was living
at the shelter for a long while) and most of all, remind him that I
love him so very much and I always will. He's a good boy, Bridge
Greeters, and we are very close. Please help Boggie with his sadness
at leaving his family and me.
Boggle has 1 brother here, Buddy, and 2 sisiters, Holly and Candy. His
leaving will be hard on Candy, she's his best cuddle companion & she
loves him so much. She will miss him terribly.
I thought it would be easier to let you know now so y'all could get
ready for Boggle, he will be very tierd when he gets there. I also
thought it would be easier to tell you this now, before he leaves,
but I was wrong. Tears come so easily when I think of not being able
to hug my Boggie, my Boggedy Boop, Boggie Man, Boggiedy Boy.
So, put this letter to you in a special place until he comes, It won't
be today, or even tomorrow, but he will let me know he is ready. I've
told him all about the Bridge, so he knows what to expect. (for the
most part) Teach him of the misting pond so he can see me when he
wants to.
Thank you Bridge Greeters, from the bottom of my broken heart. You're
getting a special, special boy.
Sue Pyron
(Proud to be Boggle's mommy)
