Make them upside down. I'll try to explain: If you cut them the long
way, and then leave a slit on each side of the folded end, they can be
placed so that the velcro attachment is on the bottom and there will
be no slippage. The hooks just go out the slits. In fact, if you do it
this way, no velcro is needed at all. That's probably better if you're
using fleece as velcro sorta pulls the fleece out of shape.
