Alicia, I cannot begin to thank you enough for all the time and thought
you put into your post yesterday. I knew it was common sense not to
use this method if avoidable (especially given the fact that both my
ferrets reacted in some way despite the vet and anesthesia used before
hand), but I didn't know most of what you wrote. Too bad that can't be
copied and sent to every vet in the U.S.
