Safe for ferrets?

I love to burn candles and use only votives filled with unscented soy
wax with cotton wicks. I believe these to be safe for all of us in the
house including the ferrets.

Does anyone know about the reed diffusers that give off a scent with no
burning involved? Are they safe for our ferrets?

Thanks
Inge
