Hi All. I know you hear from me now and then and lately it has been
about the NV18. Well.......... a year or so ago i was ask to see if i
could help a ferret that couldn't get rid of his uclers. i worked and
worked with him and after 4 different treatments of ulcer regiments he
finally got over the ulcers. HURRAY!

i knew that spike would be a resident here due to his stress level.
WELL...a wonderful woman called me and asked if i had a single ferret
that needed a lot of love and attention. spike was the first one that
came to mind. Vonna has MD and she stays at home so i thought it would
be great for both of them. she lives in a very very small apt, on
disablity income only and has a hard time making anything extra. you
should see the two of them together. she can reach down and pick him
up and he stays on her lap for most of the day. a week ago he got sick
again. spike is approx 5 and his ulcer was back. he is now insulomic so
i supplied Vonna with the the pred. while at the vet, dr. katie noticed
that he had a canine tooth that was on the verge of turning black.
she said that needs to come out. Vonna can't afford to have much of
anything done for spike but i know how much she loves him and he loves
her. so.......i am asking anyone that would like to donate to get
little spike's tooth removed, i know Vonna and spike would be forever
greatful.

i have a paypal acct, [log in to unmask] if you want to make a
donation that way. i will have to talk to vonna and see if she wants to
come down here or wants to have the vet in reno take the tooth out. i
will also see the price difference. i will post where vonna decides to
take him and also the info of the vet hospital.

everyone knows how much their little ones mean to them, so you can
understand how Vonna feels about spike. he is her life and it keeps
them both going. i will pay for the tooth removal but donations would
be a great help. thanks and hugs to all your little ones.
