Possum here: Hey Suz did Miss Angie and Mr. Paul love on you like they
did me while they were here the second weekend in July?

Suzie Q here: What did you call me?

Possum here: Excuse me! I mean Suzie Q! Well did they? Suzie Q here:
Yes they did, it was great having them here to love on all of us, even
if they did come to see their own far away kids Dominic and Opie, and
to meet Mum for the very first time. Miss. Angie and Mr. Paul have been
far away parents for some of us shelter kids for many years.

Possum here: Yup and they even brought their fur kids Ziggy and Rose
with them so they could test out our play yard. Ziggy was a kid some
human in New Jersey wanted mum to take and mum connected that human
with Miss Angie. Miss Angie and Ziggy fell in love so he stayed with
her instead of coming here. Poe came with them too but he did not
want to go to the play yard. There are pictures of the vacation
weekend with Miss Angie and Mr. Paul. Mum put them up on Web shots

for everyone to see, Miss Angie gave her permission to do so. Do you
know last month 1,064 of you humans looked at our pictures? Wow that
is a lot of humans looking at what goes on around here!

Suzie did you notice how our play yard is falling apart? Mum was told
we need to get the blocks covered with water proof stuff or our play
yard is going to be all gone soon. Mum and Miss Sue B put a campaign
together with our assistance of course, to help us save our play yard.
The stuff mum has to buy is called Dry-Lok and it costs lots of money
for a gallon of it so we are going to need help getting enough to fix
our play yard. Mr. Harry put the pictures and explanation here

Suzie Q here: Miss Angie and Mr. Paul took their fur kids out to the
play yard then took mum out to dinner a couple of times. Mum took them
around Naples, and to see Canandaigua Lake. Miss Angie and Mr Paul were
thrilled to find out we lived so close to that BIG Lake. Mum also took
them up to the top of the hill so they could see what our valley looks
like from way up there.

Miss Donna was here one of the days that we had company so she got to
meet Miss Angie and Mr. Paul; they even went for ice cream together
that day. Mum says she ate more food in the few days Miss Angie and Mr
Paul were here than she eats in a whole week when she is home alone.

Possum here: Oh yeah and the next day after that Mr. Joe and Miss
Ginger came and they got to meet Miss Angie and Mr Paul too! They
brought Found he was adopted from here, with them so mum could get
to see him.

Found even got to go out to play in the play yard too. Mum went out to
her garden to pick some green beans, and then everybody stood around
the play yard watching fur kids play and eating fresh green beans.
Mum's mower was broked again. The thing that cuts the grass would not
move. One afternoon when everyone came out to go for a ride mum found
her mower pulled out of the garage and the mover deck removed and
upside down in the driveway. Mr. Paul and Miss Angie wanted to know who
had done that; mum said she did not know. Mr Paul asked mum if that
happened a lot around here and mum said YUP! YUP! YUP! When things go
cafooie she just puts it in her God Box and things work themselves
out. Mum says she does not have time to worry about things she can not
change, she has enough to worry about with us fur kids. Suzie Q here:
Things do work out but mum found out later that Mr Scott had heard that
mum's mower was not working so he came down to check it out. There was
something wound around one of the cutters so he got it out of there and
all put back together for mum.

Miss Kirstin and Mr Scott live up the road from us, and Miss Kirstin
works with Miss Donna D. so that is how they found out mum's mower was
not working properly. Now when Miss Donna mows the lawn it is all the
same size again. Possum here: Miss Cathy D came to love on me too and
to visit with mum. It was good to see Miss Cathy D. again. Oh! Oh! And
then mum got a really BIG surprise someone was knocking at our door and
when mum answered it there stood Miss Vicky. Miss Vicky went MIA from
us for a few years! Mum was thrilled to see here smiling face at our
door. Welcome back Miss Vicky! Oh and Mr. Dick H. got really really
sick, he had to go to the hospital for an operation. Mum tucked him
into her God Box too. He came home all better for a few days then he
got really really sick again. He was taken back to the hospital for
another operation. Mum called him for me to check on him, he was
feeling better when she talked to him. Hey Suzie did you know Miss
Stephanie is going to have a new kid?

Suzie Q here: What do you mean she is having a new kid? You mean she
is going to take one of our new kids home with her?

Possum here: NO! NO! NO! The key word is HAVING meaning this one is
going to be furless and 2 legged. The kind mum takes to school on the
Big Yellow Thingy.

Suzie Q here: Oh that kind!

Possum here: yup! Yup! Yup! Them kind, mum is getting better at liking
them a little bit. The Thiel kids were here at camp for 10 days so mum
got to see all the kids that have gone to live with Miss Susann.

Suzie Q here: Hey Poss!

Possum here: What did you call me?

Suzie Q here: HA!!!!!!!!! How do you like it? So Possum do you remember
the fur kids Pop Corn, Velcro, Tick and Tock?

Possum here: Yeah so what about them?

Suzie Q here: Well the lady that saved them and got them to mum has a
shelter too only she saves farm animals. It is called Cracker Box
Palace Farm Animal Rescue in Upstate NY

Well now Cheri is trying to save the farm she has to save the animals.

Miss Cheri has a lot of cool things going on in the next few months,
mum would love to go but she is not going to be able to. BUT she is
letting you guys know about it so maybe you can go join the fun with
them and help Miss Cheri with her shelter. Cheri is an awesome shelter
friend to us because she calls mum when she has ferrets surrendered to
her from the animal control officers that get these fur kids. The four
that have been brought to us have new 4-ever homes. Pop Corn and Velcro
are living in Liverpool with Miss Anna and Tick and Tock are living in
Hilton with Miss Mindy.

Possum here: Well Suzie Q we have 4 pages of news and Mr. Big is going
to have to SQUEEZE us in on the FML if we get any more words in this
news. So what do you think should we be done with the news?

Suzie Q here: I believe we have told everything mum had on the list to
tell and then some. So until next month you humans out there have a
super safe summer, and Possum and I will check in with you next month.
