I submitted my little boy to this contest. As many of you know it is
quite difficult to get a ferret to hold still long enough for a picture
(much less one in natural light), but I have a few of my ornery boy
named Snotface. I did submit a photo to the contest of him. All of the
proceeds are going to benefit the Humane Society of Boulder Valley
(who are not operated or funded by any national humane groups or
governmental agencies -
http://www.boulderhumane.org/hsbv/go.asp?mode=info ). They work closely
with a rescue in Denver regarding ferrets. I love this because it
provides any of these critters that come through their door more than
one chance for adoption, should and disqualifications arise at HSBV.
If you have a moment and a spare dollar, please send him some love!

There are some ferret nose prints on the camera lens for this photo
(I have no idea how they got there!!!) so it does have a couple of
"blurry" spots - but it is a great pose in natural lighting. Give it a
caption in the comment section! Thank you for your support and time -
love, hugs & dooks!
