Hi Wolfy,

Thank you for taking the time to thoughtfully post all of this
information. Fortunately, We've not encountered a situation as horrific
as Sandi endured and Diane does a phenomenal job managing all the
individuals that visit the shelter, be they there to volunteer,
surrender or adopt. However, with your permission, I would like to
print your post so we can use it as a reference if/whenever needed.
