A few years ago my husband took a writing class. He has become a
talented writer and if I listen, I learn things from him. One day he
used the acronym POV. I had to ask for the definition. Ah, yes, POV.
Point of view. This humor is about ferrets' points of view.

The empty box. I recall when the post was made last year about the
Secret Santa that sent an empty box. No note, empty box only. I thought
it horrible for someone to do that.

Since then I have been receiving more shipments to the house and
sending a number to shelters as well. Then one day I started laughing
to myself...and thinking.....if I were a ferret.....what would I want
most? I gotta tell ya, watching my ten happy go lucky kids, I came up
with three answers. 1. As many treats as we can con from Mom and Pop!
2. The livingroom furniture re-arranged again. 3. Yes, you guessed it
A NEW BOX Especially, one that has lots of good smells and is sturdy
for diggin and hidin in!

If you ever get an empty box from Brockport, NY at your house or
shelter, know the ferrets sent it. After you check for smells and
diggin and hidin quality, know in your heart and ours, it was filled
with all the love and TLC we could pack in!!

A ferret's point of view.
