I address this post to anyone living in an FFZ (CA, NYC, etc.) I am
moving to a doorman building; also the managing agent has an office
off the lobby. I haven't said anything about pets, which are allowed
up to 40lbs if it's a dog. Well my guys together weigh less than 4 lbs
if that's the rule! However I am nervous.
Another issue is the apt. is carpeted. I don't like carpeting but have
no choice. They put in a very light color--almost white. How on earth
am I going to keep it clean? My ferts are out most of the day and are
paper trained, though not 100%. Also, they will be using the rug as
toilet paper --makes better TP than badly worn hardwood floors LOL!
Also, any advice for smelly poop? I mean extra smelly. Have seen the
vet and am still in the process of trying treatments, but if they don't
work, I'll need something. Does that stuff that they sell (Marshall's?)
work?
If anybody has any advice, please email me.
Are there any large shelters out there who might like some ferret toys
(some sock balls with noisy ball inside; some homemade things to amuse
them and maybe some cat toys, slightly used)? I have so much stuff from
my beloved Rocky, and my new ferts aren't very interested in toys; they
had a very deprived first 3 or so years. I am hoping I can just put all
in a large box and send it out. I can't bear to just throw them out.
Thanks and wishing for better health for all our furkids.
Shron,
Minky & Klondike
Angel Rocky
