I'm posting this with permission of the owner of the ferrets. There are
two female ferrets that need a home as soon as one can be found. They
are Sophie and Sasha. According to the owner, they are about 1 year old
and cagemates. Sophie is white and Sasha is silver and white. They come
with a cage (no description of what kind) and food (again, don't know
what kind). They are owned by a teenage girl, her boyfriend and small
child. I have not seen the ferrets or the cage. I know the owners have
little money and are unemployed. They tell me they have no money to
take care of them anymore. I'm so afraid they are going to give them to
their friends and the poor babies are going to be bounced around from
house to house. Is there anyone in the Tidewater Virginia area that
can help out? I live in Chesapeake, VA and would be willing to have my
husband drive them to someone within about an hour radius of this area.
I had to part with my ferrets due to health reasons or I'd take them
myself. It just breaks my heart, can someone help? Contact me via
email. Thanks so much.
