Dear Fellow FMLers.

Some of you have been asking me about my wife Juanita. She just
finished her last Radiation Therapy and Chemo for Cervical Cancer. She
was diagnosed in late October. She has gone thru 12 weeks of misery
that I can only begin to imagine. All I can do is to be here for her
and to hold her hand and tell her she will be ok. As I live and breath,
I hope that will be the case. We now have to wait for about ten weeks
until another PET Scan can be done. If we do one now all we will read
will be the radiation signature that the treatments have left behind.
Once that has gone then as part of the PET Scan regimen is they give
her an IV dose of radiation and let it go thru her and when scanned it
will light up any cancer that didn't die from the treatment. She went
thru Chemo every week and radiaiton daily to try to kill all of it. Now
we wait. I ask any and all of you out there to please pray for Nita and
for me as well. God knows I need some good words on my behalf as well.
