I've read in many ferret books that you can feed ferrets fresh grapes
and raisins and vegetables at treats. I was just on one web site site
for ferrets that stated not to give ferrets vegs, grains or fruits
because they are unable to digest it and could cause stomach blockage
that without surgery will cause a painful death.. ive feed my baby
grapes a few times!!! some web sites say its okay to feed them dairy
products like cheese, while others say not to. Im totally confused i
dont want to set my boy up for a future disaster .. How do you know
whats right and whats wrong? do you just take your chances and hope
they dont get sick? Has any one who has fed there ferrets such treats
had any thing bad happen to them like intestinal blockage requiring
surgery? ....
