For the ferret bedding we use a Tide-with-bleach (He) in our machine
but I use a super high temp Steam treat and sterilizer cycle. It takes
longer to wash the ferret bedding but when it's done it is super clean.
Check to see if your machine has a sterilizer setting (optional on some
new machines).
