Dextrose is a sugar. Since sugars are a necessary part of an
electrolyte balance, it is not likely you will find one without some
form of sugar. It is not a processed sugar, however. I would not
hesitate to five my ferret the unflavored Kaolectrolyte. I like the
powdered add water version.
