Iwas contacted today by Olympia (former FAS VP) and told about a
situation in Oshawa that concerned 19 ferrets. Oshawa originally
contacted the Ottawa ferret shelter who in turn got in touch with
Olympia and Paige (another former VP for FAS). Our shelter is just
about at capacity and from what Paige tells me, so is the Ottawa
shelter. SO, we are in DESPERATE need of foster parents to step
forward to house these ferrets until permanent homes can be found.
Paige has agreed to house the ferrets for one week until we can
assess their needs and find placement for them.

If you can help, PLEASE contact us ASAP. The ferrets haven't been
officially removed from their situation but I suspect it will be this
weekend at some point.
