I wonder if Google Checkout, which has nearly the same cut as Paypal
out of the money, will still allow raffle tickets to be sold. It's
something to look into.

Personally, I wonder how Paypal even needs to know that people are
selling tickets. I suppose they are going to just watch accounts that
have done it in the past? :/
