Risa's and Alaxandra's posts reminded me of some of my own
idiocyncracies and I thought I would share with the group....

Everyone has "feetie-paws" human, canine and mustelid (in my house)
When I am getting a pedicure--I am getting my feetie-paws done--when I
am clipping the ferrets nails-they are getting their feetie-paws done.
When someone is munching on my toes--they are told "It's not nice to
bite mama's feetie-paws"

My husband and I constantly make up songs for the critters--and
invariably-the word "dook" comes up in the songs that we sing for/with
the ferrets. One day, Rich and I were out shopping--and Ozzy Osborne's
Crazy Train came on--about 3/4 of the way through the intro--I realized
that I had been "dooking" along with the music--completely oblivious!!
(but on my behalf--think of the music, dook works in wonderfully)

And I wonder why I get strange looks...
