Barb Clay is a lady whom has a gift with words. And she wrote a very
true/touching post concerning we shelters.

I have seen so many older ferret surrenders lately. And I'm the only
ferret shelter ( hurry up James & get it set up) between Gainsville,
Fl & Meridian, Ms. So, I'm having it to rain ferrets.

Next week, I will get in 2 more 7 1/2 year old babies. Today, I pick up
3 in an emergency situation. One is just a year old. And I know that
the other shelters are in the same boat.

So, like Barb said, if you can help your local shelter, please do so.
If not, then please consider being a sponsor for an oldie but goodie
fur baby that will never leave the shelter. Those are the ones that
rack up our vet bills.
