HI All

I've seen a couple of posts about Ferrets fighting Snakes. The animal
in question is not a ferret but a Mongoose. These creatures look a lot
like ferrets but are wild animals primarily found in Africa. They are
natural snake fighters, usually the Cobra. They usually reign
victorious due to their quickness & agility by avoiding the snakes
strike. They are used in sporting events in other countries.

Do not fear, these are not ferrets used in these movies. A ferret would
not do well against a snake. Although ferrets are fast they are also
very clumsy. When mine start playing they usually end up flopping
around like a fish out of water, the perfect meal for a hungry snake.

Please do not try this at home, leave the snake fighting to the
professional Mongoose.
