I have a Tower of Fun here at the shelter and I kid you not, if I were
on a deserted island and could only pick one toy to have there for the
ferrets - this would be what I'd take!!
We've had as many as 6 ferrets chasing through it at once. Ours seem to
climb up but then on the way down, they tuck their little legs back and
Loooooge on the downhills.
I have some who like to take their toys in the tube and others who find
it very frustrating that they have to negotiate around a toy that's
clearly not supposed to be there! And I have some who sleep in the tub
- usually at about mid-height - sometimes pulling in a little blankie
and sometimes not.
I have had to coax new ferrets in. I usually scratch my fingers along
the tube to get them to follow it or get another ferret to show them
how it's done. I did have one ferret who would only go in it if I
layed it on its side - she just didn't seem to like being up high.
I really like that even the really big ferrets can enjoy this as the
tube does not collapse around them as they squeeze in like if it were
just a tunnel on the floor.
Our Rating: All 4 PAWS!!
