Dear DiAnne,
Hospice Mom Marilyn here, and I will share a story with you.
I came home from work and was just getting ready to do my evening
scooping,l and just felt like a piece of chocolate. I had a piece
of dark chocolate in my mouth, and was carrying Taffy, one of my
rescues, over to the kitchen sink to give him some ferretone.
He sniffed a couple of times, as I was holding him he put both front
feet one on each side of my mouth, and preceded to try to stick his
wet nose in between my now clenched teeth. He would not give up, so I
swallowed it and opened my mouth. He was ready to go in.
I'm telling him no no, and he is sticking his head in my mouth.
There is no scientific evidence of this, BUT I think he pressed the
hair release button before I pulled him out. I could not see any bald
spots, but he was definitely missing a few dozen hairs.
Fiber is good - right - all the doctors tell you you need more fiber -
right, and a little Mink Oil on it just makes it slide down better.
That was the other day - I'm still here - who said Ferrets have
Germs!!!!!
And No- I'm not available for a study - I'm a busy dude. Violated -
nope - just doing what the health people want you to do - get more
fiber. If they change it to, you need more "scales" let me know.
Marilyn Ledoux at Ledoux Hospice - newest rescue is Maddie - and she
is doing great.
