Our ferret pack do the same thing. We have two cats, and a lab/border
collie, beagle mix, and a pitbull, and the ferrets LOVE to "attack" and
play with them all. The cats seem to be the most fun for the ferrets,
since they have more hair and are fat. It sometimes looks like you
dropped a piece of candy on the ground, and ants have swarmed it. The
dogs will run back and forth chasing a few select ferrets thru the
house,? and play with them. All in all, it looks worse than it is.
