(800) 937-9467 is the number to call for a refund. I used it yesterday
and the girl was very, very nice. From the way she responded to my
call, I am led to assume they are receiving a lot of calls on this
matter. She didn't fight me in any way when I said that I didn't want
any other magazines, just my money back. And another nice thing about
that number is when I called, it took me straight to the ferrets
division and straight to a REAL person, no automated menus, no
explaining what I was talking about. I think the whole call took less
than 5 mins. I had 11 issues remaining on my subscription and she
estimated that I would receive a check for about $18 in 'about 4-6
weeks'

Good luck, all. My hope is they have enough people calling for their
money back that they decide that is going to cost them to much and they
keep FM in print...one can hope, right?
