Randie wrote about Petco switching from MF to a breeder in Canada for
its ferrets.

Petco has been using Real Canadian Ferrets for some time in the Seattle
area. The ferrets look as you describe them: Wider faces, somewhat
broader bodies, one blue line tattoo in the ear rather than two dots.

They seem to be generally healthy, robust ferrets, but realistically
any breeder that produces ferrets at the scale that they can supply
Petco isn't a small, intimate operation. I wasn't able to find any
website for them. Maybe someone else will be able to.
