I think its a little misleading to say Ferrets Magazine is history.
It is in fact reincarnating into a different manifestation - into an
on-line version. Once more it will be available for free. This means
many more people will be able to access it.
Sure I am disappointed because I just paid for a subscription and only
received one copy, however, this is the new world of communications.
I currently receive all my periodicals in on-line format e.g. Globe &
Mail, New York Times, Boston Globe, etc. We are reducing waste and
saving trees by reading on-line versions.
