Hi all. I am looking for some advice here. MoJo Man has adrenal
disease. We had him on the melatonin implants, cut for some reason
they dont' seem to be working. I mean, it may work a tiny bit - but
that is all. He has lost most of the hair on his tail - and it kinda
looks like a rat tail now - with very little fuzz. He's not lost any of
his body hair - just the tail. My vet said that we could do a Lupron
shot - but it is so expensive and I am not sure if it will work. Anyone
have any suggestions? I don't want have him lose the rest of his hair.
He is still quite active, much more than the other kids. He's usually
up for about 10 hours of the day, believe it or not. His appetite is
wonderful - and nothing else would point to the adrenal - save his
tail So - if anyone can suggest anything, I'd be really grateful!!
