Cornish Game hen is good, but there is another option as well. I go to
Whole Foods (but any grocery has them) and buy a whole chicken cut up.
That eliminates the chopping part of the process, but the neck and all
the giblets are tucked in with the cut up chicken, so I am not losing
a thing. Works great, and all fits in the blender.
