I can understand your point in a NORMAL rescue situation, BUT, this
was an extreamly LARGE rescue effort. Not that this may happen in the
future, But IMO with a rescue like this, standards SHOULD be lowered.
Reason being that IF this type of rescue ever happens again, these
shelters who were excluded from the financial help because of the
vaccines and/or tests they used, MAY NOT be so willing to help out
the next time if the need should ever arise. These people realy put
themselves out there to help only to be slapped in the face for their
efforts.
It's a shame that while these shelters were already stretched thin with
finances low to start are now being told that NO, they are NOT getting
financial help for their efforts from these large orginizations that
they may have supported in the past.
