Hi Kathy,

It is also the requirement in the state of NH that a non profit
incorporation be filed with the state... and then it needs a to be
filed with IRS ( federal) within an 18 month period of the state
incorporation.. then we also need to be a state licensed facility-
that requires a annual fee and multiple inspections in addition to
the incorporation and federal non profit filing...

Each states requirements vary.
