Dear Darlene,

Okay everybody - lets get some money for those shelters that need a
lift.

You all have raffles and baskets, and prizes, to raise money - how
about a ferret smoke-out day?????

Pick a day - Say after taxes - smokers quit for one day, and send the
money they would have spent on cigarettes to who ever is running the
Smoke Out Day.

I saw a man in the super market who bought two packs of something. He
gave the checker a ten and she gave him back some change, three or four
coins.

Just think ten dollars from each two-pack-a-day- smoker would be a lot.
This would be a one-time thing because they might feel so good, they
would quit forever. HAHAHA
