ohio kids question

A while ago someone mentioned that the Ohio kids had Giardia or
Coccidia-- Has anyone confirmed this-- my vet will provide me with
the medication-- just in case-- but I don't want to start medicating
if this wwasn't the case. We have n appointment for a full exam after
they settle in --but if they do have these bugs-- i would want to
start treatment ASAP.

Any info appreciated..
