I am just in tears about Russ's passing. He has been such a wonderful
man to chat with online and he always made me laugh with his wicked
sense of humor.

Recently, I posted on another list about a house I had put a bid on.
Russ said he could move right in. I told him fine but he would have to
share with Misha the fert. He said he could do that anytime. Someone
else suggested Misha might be a cover hog but Russ just said he would
cover up with Misha then.

We also chatted about Army stuff since Russ had served in the Army and
so had my Dad. He always had some interesting story to tell.

Russ obviously loved animals a lot. He also had a heart as big as
Texas. I know I will miss his humor and humanity daily.
