The European branch of Virbac distributes it in an agreement with Peptech. Peptech makes it. It may be that Virbac simply ordered enough earlier, but Peptech did not expect the number of U.S. orders coming in. That may be a way to market it here in the U.S. since Virbac has been here for something like 2 decades (located in Fort Worth).
